Q) Once I fill in my choices and measurements for my order, will I have to do everything again the next time I order?
A) Absolutely Not! The details of your last order and your measurements are all saved in your profile. You can simply pull them up and make necessary changes for your next order if you wish.
Q) How long does it take for me to receive my order once it’s placed?
A) We usually ship your order within 2-4 weeks. We fully expect to get it to you closer to the 2 weeks mark, but the order volume we receive can push that date and we will update you accordingly.
Q) So when I place an order, I just wait and see when it arrives?
A) Absolutely not! We will be emailing you updates during the major benchmarks of your order production so that you will have a running tab on what’s happening with your order and a better feel for when it will be shipped to you. Once it is shipped, you will receive your FedEx/DHL tracking number via email and can track your shipment right to your door. Also , on the website you can track your order status time to time.
Q) Speaking of shipping, how much is it going to cost me?
Shipping of your Özel Tailor’s product.via FedEx/ DHL is free worldwide.
Q) Can I make a change to my order once placed?
A) Yes, within 24 hours of original order initiated. Just email us with the subject line of “Change Request To Order Number **** “to info@ozeltailor.com Even if you delayed then we will see if the requested change can be made and update you confirmation via return email. Note: Mention your order number where “****” is indicated in the subject line.
Q) How do I care for my Özel Tailor’s Jeans?
A) Each pair of Özel Tailor Jeans is different, and will have a care label inside for you to follow that’s best for that particular garment.
Q) Can I put my own name on the jeans like a brand?
A) Yes, that cost you additional charges, it is mentioned on the website.
Q) Can I have options / details added to my jeans that are not in the options shown?
A) Yes! Email us with the Subject line of “New Option To Order Number “****” on info@ozeltailor.com , then we will confirm you after review if it is possible. Note: Mention your order number where “****” is indicated in the subject line.
Q) Where do you deliver?
A) We deliver ÖzelTailor Productsworldwide and it is absolutely free!!!
Q) Can I choose how to have my Özel Tailor shipped?
A) Unfortunately, no. We are paying for all shipping costs and have found our alliance with FedEx/ DHL to be the best for all involved. You can choose to your own shipping of the jeans, which you send to us for “Clone a Jeans”. The shipping costs you will pay are the nominal duty which courier asks when delivers and it varies depending upon customs.
Q) How can I be sure the jeans I order are current with today’s trends?
A) Every Design, Fabric and Accessories are put on website keeping in view of current market trends and surveys and it is continuously be updating after certain span of time.
Q) Can you help me with suggestions of fits and styles that would be best for me?
A) Absolutely Yes! We have a lot of info on this site, so please take advantage of it. Make sure to check out the Help section and read through the links. There’s a lot of great tips and information in there that is designed to make your experience easy and successful.
Q) How do I know my Özel Tailor Jeans are quality-made?
A) Your Özel Tailor’s order will be confirmed, cut, sewn, and treated by a large group of professionals who look after your product from first receipt of the order until it ships out. We also employ an auditor to inspect each jean while it is going through the manufacturing process to ensure that your jeans are made to the highest standards and exactly the way you expect them. We will not send out your Özel Tailor Jeans until we are 100% satisfied that those jeans reflect exactly what you expect per your order.
Q) I’m excited about my order and my friend wants to order something similar to my Özel Tailor Jeans. Is there an easy way to share this information?
A) Yes! When you confirm the order, our system generates email confirming you selected details for your reference. You can share that information with your friends and loved ones.
Q) Is there any size restrictions?
A) No, there is no size restriction, as these are made especially for you.
Q) Do you charge extra for large sizes?
A) No. Big, small, short or tall. It’s all the same price.
Q) I have a favorite pair of jeans that I want copied. Can you do that?
A) Yes! Visit our “Clone a jeans” section, follow the instructions and then you will have yourÖzel Tailor Jeans in a given time.
Q) How concerned is Özel Tailor about the environment and labor laws?
A) Extremely concerned! We are certified OEKTO TEX and BSCI company and for that we visit all manufacturing facilities on a scheduled and spot-check basis, ensuring that all labor laws are being 100% followed. We also make sure that the facilities have the highest standards of water reclamation to ensure that waste is not put back into the environment frivolously. Finally, we have signed vendor compliance manuals in place that clearly state all guidelines, commitments, and restrictions in regards to environmental and labor law concerns.
Q) What if I receive my Özel Tailor and for some reason I’m not satisfied?
A) Our goal is 100% satisfaction for our customers. Please refer to our Returns policy here for greater detail on how our returns process works. However we fully stand behind our products.
Q) Can I make payment later?
A) No! As this is not a company policy to give credit on payment.
