Return & Refund Policy
We always recheck the order before dispatching and also enclose a checking report.
At Özel Tailor we want you to be happy each time you shop with us. We offer you “absolute satisfaction ” quality standards in addition to your automatic right of cancellation . This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase because of measuring error on our part, you can cancel the order and return it to us within 7 days after delivery at your cost of shipping.
In order to return the product please contact and advice us of the problem. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense and collect packages will not be accepted. Please enclose a note showing your name, and the order number. Wrap the package securely and send by post or courier to our Customer Service Team at the address below. Mark the package clearly ‘Customer Return’.
Once we receive the return we will offer you a choice of:
- A prompt replacement with the problem corrected.
- An alternative item of the same value.
- A full refund less handling within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. Our products are made to order in your measurements so we do not re-stock but will dispose at our convenience.
From experience we have found out that if you measure yourself according to our instructions you cannot go wrong, you are used to wearing the ready made fit which are made and cut without keeping in mind your measurements, here we make according to more than 7 measurement of yours.
